1、烤漆工艺要求

1. Process Requirements of Baking Paint

1)清洗表面残留物,补灰,打磨等一系列表面处理.

1) A series of surface treatments, such as cleaning surface residues, ash filling, grinding and so on.

2)采用环保型优质油漆烤漆处理.烤漆房须无尘埃颗粒车间,烤漆表面涂层三涂三烤处理.

2) Use environmentally friendly high-quality paint baking process. The baking room should be dust-free particle workshop, three coatings and three baking treatments on the surface of the baking paint.

3) 油漆色彩要符合设计方案要求.

4) 面漆膜应平滑、均匀,不允许出现流痕、皱纹、桔皮、气泡、夹杂等影响装饰效果的缺陷.

2)铝合金型材的角底偏差少于正负偏差1度.

3、不锈钢工艺要求

3. Stainless steel process requirements

1)不锈钢板须刨坑折弯焊接.

1) Stainless steel sheets shall be welded by bending and shaving pits.

2)焊接前清除表面油污,减少焊缝形成的虚焊、气孔、裂纹等缺陷.

2) Clean up the oil stain on the surface before welding, and reduce the defects of virtual welding, pore and crack.

3)焊接完后将所有可见焊缝打磨光滑,与周围表面一样平滑,无明显划痕.

3) After welding, all visible welds are polished smooth, as smooth as the surrounding surface, without obvious scratches.

完工外观要求:安装完成后标牌外观精美,表面无螺钉,无划痕、气泡及明显的颜色不均匀,烤漆须无明显色差,所用材料符合设计方案要求.
